Two things keep me up at night; stress and stress. I’ve taken to a new nightly habit of a calming warm drink – that’s not booze. I first heard it from Chase Jarvis, but now that I mention it seems everyone knew about it but me 🙂 Enter Apple Cider Vinegar.

I’m sure there’s a bunch of scientific (and not) information on the Interwebs but for me, the proof was in the drinking. It just works if taken about 1/2 hour before I want to go to sleep. I grab a book and my favorite mug and wind down my day. Here’s the recipe:

2 Tbsp Bragg Organic Vinegar in 8 oz glass of warm (not hot) spring or purified water and 1 Tbsp organic raw honey (if you can buy local then please do!) The key to both of these is getting unfiltered and unpasteurized to keep the natural state.

You might start off with teaspoons and build up to tablespoons as your body gets used to it.
